The Cyclaero Ltda. is committed to the general principles of privacy and data protection. On occasionally visiting the present web site https://cyclaero.com/, neither personal data nor data attributable to persons are collected or processed - no IP/DNS addresses, no Cookies, no Web Storage, no CDN connections, absolutely nothing.

In contrast, the Cyclaero Forums can only be used with registration, and then there are special data protection regulations which are provided in the forums area and can be looked at before the first login.

Outside of the Cyclaero Forums, the following details apply:

The web server, which provides the present web site https://cyclaero.com/, is located in Germany in Frankfurt.
When visiting the web site https://cyclaero.com/ the web server logs automatically together with a time stamp, the URI of the requested page, the HTTP Method, Protocol and Status Code and a possible Error Message. Neither the IP/DNS addresses nor the browser identifier (User Agent) or Referrer Domain of the web site visitor are recorded in the web server access log or the web server error log.
Thereby, the web server logs contain neither personal data nor data attributable to persons. The logs serve exclusively for statistical usage evaluation, and if necessary for error analysis and debugging. The logs are kept for max. 4 weeks, and otherwise are neither processed any further nor made available to third parties.
The Cyclaero web service is produced by a combination of the ContentTools frontend + the ContentCGI backend, and the system is set up in a way, that it does neither store Cookies in the web browser of the visitor nor other data in the client’s local Web Storage. In addition, no external content is reloaded from any kind of CDN, neither scripts nor fonts, and certainly nothing from any ad or tracking networks.
The Cyclaero Ltda. can be contacted by e-mail. Data protection legislations in the European Union (GDPR/EU) and in Brazil (LGBD/BR), among others, require that the e-mail data sent be processed exclusively for the intended purpose. You define the purpose of your correspondence to Cyclaero in the subject itself, e.g. Order of ..., Question about ..., Appointment for ..., Invoice for ..., etc., or the request is clear from the further writing. The processing of the transaction initiated by the sender will be carried out within Cyclaero strictly dedicated to the purpose, of course. We would like to point out here that e-mails without a clear purpose in terms of the products and services offered by Cyclaero will either not be accepted at all or deleted in due course.
